What this is

paidtesting.app connects app developers who need real testers for a Google Play closed test with people willing to install and use those apps. Developers post a test and fund it; testers join, use the app for the test's duration, and get paid.

Payment for cash tests

For cash-funded tests, the developer pays the full amount up front, held by our payments partner: the total per-tester payouts plus our 20% platform fee, added on top. That fee covers running the marketplace, payment processing, and moderation. Nothing is charged to testers, ever.

When testers get paid

Testers are paid after completing the minimum 14-day testing period, once a short verification window confirms genuine participation (a real Google Play install and a completed survey). Payouts release on the schedule shown on each test.

Credits

Credits are a promotional currency earned by testing apps or through referrals. Credits can be spent to fund a credit-based test, but they are never redeemable for cash and have no cash value.

Prohibited content

Listings may not distribute APKs or ask for sideloading, may not require testers to pay for anything, and may not solicit off-platform payment or contact. Full rules are enforced automatically at listing creation and by manual review; violations get a listing refused or held.

Disputes

A developer can dispute a specific tester's payout before the release date if something looks wrong. Open disputes are reviewed manually and resolved as either a release or a refund.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is blocked while you have money tied up in an active test or an unsettled payout; once everything has settled, deletion anonymizes your account and signs you out permanently.
